For support, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include medication lists, member IDs, or other sensitive medical details unless you intentionally choose to share them.

Before contacting support

Check that your profile is selected, your Pro purchase has been restored, and local notification permissions are enabled if reminders are not appearing.

Purchases

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open MedCard Wallet Settings and tap Restore purchases if Pro does not unlock after purchase or reinstall. You can cancel or manage renewals in App Store account settings.

Medical disclaimer

MedCard Wallet is a personal organization tool for user-entered records. It does not diagnose, identify pills, check drug interactions, recommend treatment, or replace care from qualified clinicians.

Privacy

Records stay on your iPhone unless you choose to export, print, or share them. The app has no account, backend, ads, or analytics SDK.
